Original Joe’s Generosity

This journey with the Children of Vietnam Benevolent Foundation over the past 10yrs has been so humbling and amazing in every way because of individuals like Hayley Ferland, manager of Original Joe’s (Oxford Park). One of our volunteers, Gabby, stopped in at Original Joe’s one day and was telling Hayley about our upcoming 10th Annual CVBF Fundraiser. Without hesitation, Hayley offered to sponsor the food for all our young guests at the dinner!! This way, most, if not all, the cost of the ticket would go directly to helping the impoverished children of Vietnam. We were absolutely astounded by her kindness and generosity.

On the day of the event on October 8th, 2022, Haley went out of her way to drop off the food donations at the hall for us. With the crazy busyness of the day, this helped our team immensely. Hayley even lent us a cart and chafing dishes to keep the food warm for our guests! She is so beautiful!

Hayley and Original Joe’s played a huge role in helping us raise over $56,000 to give hope and opportunities to underprivileged children in Vietnam and abroad. We are so grateful!
